• This website belongs to Victor Fidelis, a guitarist and teacher. He handles your data himself.

• The website has no sign-up form. You only send me data if you write to me.
• The course is sold by Hotmart (international) or Kiwify (Brazil), under their own policies. They pass me what I need to give you access and support.

1. Who is responsible for your data

1.1. Controller: Victor Fidelis, an individual based in Brazil. Contact: contact@victorfidelismaster.com. In this text, "I" and "me" mean Victor.

1.2. Privacy contact: contact@victorfidelismaster.com. I read and answer every message.

1.3. Under Brazilian rules, I am a small-scale data processing agent (ANPD Resolution CD/ANPD No. 2/2022), so I have not appointed a data protection officer, but I keep the contact above.

2. Who this Policy covers

Anyone who visits victorfidelismaster.com, writes to me or buys my course. It does not cover the websites my links lead to (Hotmart, Kiwify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, the Fidelis Rig website and others): each has its own policy.

3. What data I use, why, on what legal basis and for how long

The legal bases below come from Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) and, for people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, from the GDPR.

3.1. Visiting the website

• What it is: like any website, the hosting server (Hostinger) logs the requests it receives, which may include your IP address, browser and the page visited.
• Why: to keep the website running and secure.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest in security and in running the website (LGPD, art. 7, IX; GDPR, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• How long: as set by Hostinger's policy.

3.2. Analytics and advertising cookies (only with your "Accept")

• What it is: if you accept, Google Analytics measures visits (how many people come, from where and which pages they view), and the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and the Pinterest Tag measure ad results and show the course to people who already stopped by. When you click to buy the course, they record that click.
• Legal basis: your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I; GDPR, Art. 6(1)(a); and, in the EU, the ePrivacy rules on cookies). Analytics and Marketing are separate choices. You can withdraw consent anytime under "Cookie preferences".
• Details: which cookies, why, for how long and where the data go are in the Cookie Policy: victorfidelismaster.com/cookies.
• Without "Accept", none of this loads. The website works just the same.

3.3. YouTube videos

Videos only load when you click to watch. Before the click, nothing from YouTube loads. When you click, the YouTube player opens, and YouTube (Google) may set cookies in your browser and receive data about your visit, under Google's privacy policy. If you prefer, use the "Watch on YouTube" link, which opens the video on YouTube itself.

3.4. When you write to me

• What it is: your email address, your name and what you write, when you email me (for example, for support, press or partnerships).
• Why: to reply and give support. For students, to check the purchase and give access.
• Legal basis: handling your request and performing the contract, if you are a student (LGPD, art. 7, V; GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b)), and my legitimate interest in answering messages (LGPD, art. 7, IX; GDPR, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• How long: as long as needed to handle your request and, after that, only what the law requires or allows.

3.5. Buying the course (Hotmart and Kiwify)

• Who sells: the purchase happens outside this website, on Hotmart (international) or Kiwify (Brazil). They receive your purchase and payment data and follow their own privacy and cookie policies:

  • Kiwify: https://kiwify.com.br/politica-de-privacidade
• What I receive from them: what I need to give you access, provide support and comply with the law: usually your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the product, the amount and the date. I do not receive your card details.
• Sales measurement: on the Hotmart and Kiwify checkout pages, I set up my Meta Pixel and my Google tag to see which ads lead to sales. There, each platform's cookie notice and policy apply.
• Legal basis: performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations (for example, keeping tax records) and the exercise of legal rights (LGPD, art. 7, V, II and VI; GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f)).
• How long: while your access to the course lasts and, after that, for the period the law requires or allows.

3.6. Mentoring and WhatsApp group (for students)

• What it is: if your plan includes mentoring or a WhatsApp group and you join, I see your name, your number and what you send (texts, audio, videos). In the group, other students also see your name, your number and your messages.
• Why: to provide the mentoring, answer questions and follow your progress.
• Legal basis: performance of the course contract (LGPD, art. 7, V; GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b)). Joining the group is your choice.
• How long: while your access to the course lasts. After that, I end the mentoring contact and remove you from the group, and the conversations remain only on WhatsApp, under its policy. I do not make your messages public without your permission (section 6).
• WhatsApp: the app belongs to Meta and follows WhatsApp's privacy policy.

3.7. What I do not do

• I do not sell your data (I receive no money for it).
• I do not send marketing emails through this website. If I ever have a newsletter, it will only work with your consent, and this Policy will change first.
• I do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

4. International transfers

4.1. I am in Brazil, so if you are outside Brazil, your data comes to Brazil. If you accept cookies, website data also goes to Google, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, which process data in the United States and other countries. Hostinger is a European company.

4.2. From the European Union to Brazil: the European Commission has recognized that Brazil provides adequate data protection (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/179), so data may come to Brazil on that basis (GDPR, Art. 45).

4.3. To the advertising and analytics partners: transfers rely on the safeguards these partners offer (standard contractual clauses and, for EU data, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the company is certified) and on your consent, given in the cookie notice after being informed of the transfer (GDPR, Arts. 45 and 46; LGPD, art. 33, II and VIII).

4.4. Hosting: the transfer is necessary to run the website and serve you (LGPD, art. 33, IX).

5. Who processes data for me

• Hostinger (website hosting): access logs, which may include the IP address.
• Google, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest (only with your "Accept"): as controllers or processors, under each one's terms. The list is in the Cookie Policy.
• Hotmart and Kiwify: they sell the course and handle the purchase (section 3.5).
• WhatsApp (Meta): the app for mentoring and the student group (section 3.6).

6. Student testimonials

The testimonials, names, photos, conversations and audio of students shown on this website are published with each student's permission. If you are one of these students and want to change or remove your testimonial, write to contact@victorfidelismaster.com and I will take it down.

7. Your rights

7.1. You may ask, free of charge, for:

• confirmation that I process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, wrong or outdated data;
• deletion of your data, or blocking or anonymization of data that is unnecessary or unlawfully processed;
• data portability;
• information about who I share your data with;
• withdrawal of consent (on the website, under "Cookie preferences"), without affecting what was done before;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
• restriction of processing, where the law allows.

These rights come from the LGPD (art. 18) and, for people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, from the GDPR (Arts. 15 to 22).

7.2. How to ask: email contact@victorfidelismaster.com. For purchase-related requests, I may ask for the email used for the purchase to confirm it is you.

7.3. Response time: within 15 days, up to 30 days as Brazilian law allows for small-scale agents. For people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, within 1 month.

7.4. Data held by Hotmart or Kiwify is requested from them; I can help.

7.5. Complaints: you may also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) or, in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, to the data protection authority where you live or work.

7.6. California (USA): the website does not respond to the browser's "Do Not Track" signal, because it uses your choice in the cookie notice instead; you can refuse or change your choice under "Cookie preferences". The partners listed in the Cookie Policy may collect data about your browsing over time and across other websites only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies.

8. Security

8.1. I use technical and organizational measures to protect data: restricted access to accounts, protected connections and keeping the minimum.

8.2. If a security incident may cause you relevant risk or harm, I will notify you and the competent authority within the legal deadline (LGPD, art. 48; GDPR, Arts. 33 and 34, where they apply).

9. Children

This website is for musicians and is not directed to children. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. In the European Union, if you are under 16, please do not accept cookies without a parent's permission. If you are a parent or guardian and believe I received a child's data without your permission, write to contact@victorfidelismaster.com and I will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

10.1. When the website changes how it uses data, this Policy changes first.

10.2. The version date is at the top. If a change needs your consent, I will ask again.
